ChatPlix is committed to providing a safe and respectful platform for all users. We maintain a zero-tolerance policy toward any form of Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE), including the creation, sharing, promotion, solicitation, or facilitation of child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or any behavior that exploits or endangers minors.

We work to prevent misuse of our platform and cooperate with appropriate authorities where legally required.

Prohibited Content and Activities

Users are strictly prohibited from:

• Creating, uploading, sharing, storing, or distributing child sexual abuse material.
• Grooming, exploiting, or attempting to exploit minors.
• Soliciting sexual conversations, images, videos, or personal information from minors.
• Impersonating minors or encouraging illegal activity involving children.
• Promoting, advertising, or linking to content or services involving CSAE.
• Using ChatPlix to facilitate trafficking, exploitation, or abuse of children in any form.

Safety Measures

ChatPlix uses reasonable technical and operational measures to help detect, prevent, and respond to abuse, including:

• User reporting and complaint mechanisms.
• Account moderation and review.
• Manual review of reported profiles, messages, or content where appropriate.
• Suspension or termination of accounts that violate this policy.
• Cooperation with law enforcement agencies when legally required.

Reporting Abuse

If you encounter content or behavior that may involve child sexual abuse, exploitation, grooming, or any risk to a minor, please report it immediately.

When submitting a report, please include:

• Username or profile details involved
• Description of the incident
• Screenshots or supporting information, if available
• Date and time of occurrence

Reports are treated confidentially and reviewed as quickly as possible.

Enforcement

Any violation of this policy may result in one or more of the following actions:

• Immediate removal of violating content.
• Permanent suspension or termination of user accounts.
• Restriction of access to ChatPlix services.
• Preservation of evidence where legally required.
• Reporting to appropriate law enforcement authorities.

Protection of Minors

ChatPlix does not permit any activity that endangers children. We encourage users to report suspicious behavior and help maintain a safe online community.
